I collected Windstones as a child: being they were SO EXPENSIVE I only got about 2/yr: generally for birthday and Christmas. But I /cherished/ them.

This one is extra special. This is "Moondog" - hand painted by the herself! I managed to nab him during one of the "grab bag" sales. They are super fun because not only are they all one of a kind, hand painted - but you don't know exactly what you're going to get until you open the box.

I actually got a purple one! For those not in the know, I'm pretty obsessed with purple.

I was so thrilled.
